Senior New Business Development Manager

Position Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Senior New Business Development Manager. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our New Businesses footprint by identifying and cultivating opportunities for Samsung’s products among existing channels, and these that needs to be established. You’ll work not only directly with end customers but also through our network of partners, to create compelling customer stories and drive growth.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new business opportunities, including Go-to-Market approach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to leverage direct and indirect sales channels
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our market share and achieve sales targets
• Bring incremental revenue to current business model within certain investment plan, measured by ROI and LTV
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Drive Go-to-Market strategies in close cooperation with Product Management, Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline management, overseeing complex project timelines, delivery schedules, and alignment with supply chain and logistics teams.
• Actively monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable business opportunities and solution-based selling.
• Play a key role in shaping sales, marketing, channel and distribution strategies for the business.
• Provide high-quality business reporting, insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior management

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the B2B technology.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
