All about the role:
This role is directly responsible and accountable for performing data analysis and approve promotional credits
What you’ll do:
• The role requires regular contact with the business, daily preparation of reports, analysis of large volume of data
that affect many different process areas (Collection, Cash Application etc.)
• Able to perform calculations based on financial data as well as recommend/implement respective actions
• Able to build stakeholder relationship with local finance/business
• Able to resolve most complex problems independently or address them properly
• Drive and take ownership of the transitioned tasks
• Responsible for analyzing data and generating numerous dashboards
• Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships with local finance/business
• Develops and improves own methodologies, tools, and processes
• Good understanding on OTC processes
• Able to perform assigned processes (main and backup) independently as well as support and share knowledge with colleagues within the team and outside the team
Qualifications:
• University Degree in Finance/Accounting or any related
• Not less than 2,5-3 years related experience in OTC area
• Improvement’s implementation
• Problem solving proven track
• Good knowledge of accounting policies and principles, activities and processes, awareness of internal and
external business environment.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills with ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
• Working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, very good excel skills
• Provide effective customer service to internal and external customers
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in reviewing and interpreting financial reports and data
• Ability to multi-task under pressure
• Business math and accounting knowledge
• Detail-oriented with an eye for continual process improvement
