The Opera Air team is seeking a creative and motivated Product Designer who is passionate about crafting beautiful, innovative, and highly polished digital experiences. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, love experimenting with new design trends, and enjoy pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in UI and visual design. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and refine products from conception through implementation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design stunning, high-quality user interfaces that elevate the overall product experience.
- Explore creative and unique visual concepts that make our product stand out.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design that balances beauty, usability, and innovation.
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
- Prototype interactions and animations to bring an extra level of polish and delight to the experience.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to bring products to life.
- Stay ahead of design trends, new technologies, and emerging UI patterns to keep our product fresh and cutting-edge.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/Visual/Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, aesthetically refined work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
- Proficiency in using high fidelity prototyping tools such Protopie and Figma
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with user research and translating insights into design decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Experience in animations
- Experience with user testing and validating design concepts
