Senior Product Manager II, Personalisation & Data

About the role: What's in the Box

The service provider will contribute to the "Personalized Chef" initiative, a mission-critical domain focused on matching global customers with tailored culinary experiences. This project involves providing expert product management services to bridge the gap between complex machine learning models and actionable data assets. The Senior Product Manager II will serve as a key consultant within a cross-functional setup, accelerating the validation of intelligent models and ensuring the delivery of a flawless, productized data foundation that powers personalization, marketing, and operational excellence across 18+ business units.

What you’ll do: The Recipe

• Service Delivery for Data Foundations: Architect and deliver a strategy for Core Data Products, ensuring high-quality, connected data assets (customer profiles, subscription plans, order history) are ready for consumption by global stakeholders.


• Model Experimentation Management: Lead the iteration cycle for model testing, designing and executing complex A/B testing roadmaps to improve core metrics and reduce lead time to insights.


• AI-Enhanced Discovery: Integrate GenAI tools into the product discovery lifecycle to accelerate the synthesis of customer signals and the delivery of decision-ready technical specifications.


• Strategic Roadmap Execution: Translate high-ambiguity business requirements into long-term (15-month) technical roadmaps, operating with high autonomy to align data infrastructure with global commercial objectives.


• Cross-Functional Technical Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between technical engineering squads and commercial business units to ensure data ecosystem connectivity.

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

• Data & Execution Expertise: 5+ years of experience in product management with a specific focus on data products, platforms, or ML-driven environments.


• Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to perform independent data analysis using SQL/Python and define robust input/output KPIs.


• Strategic Prioritization: Strong critical thinking skills used to identify high-impact model or data adjustments and manage stakeholder expectations.


• Technical Communication: Proficiency in translating complex concepts (e.g., data lineage, model cold-starts) into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.


• AI Integration: Proven experience incorporating AI-assisted workflows into daily professional practice to enhance output quality and discovery speed.
