Participation in leading the design process from the concept phase to detailed design
Managing client requirements and obtaining sign-off on needed project decisions within complex client structures
Organizing and managing project inputs and outputs, as well as project outcomes
Working within a multilingual and multinational team
Providing advisory to the Clients on complex architectural issues, including but not limited to (transactions, developments, asset re-positioning and/or adaptations, feasibility and location studies)
Verification of development & construction contracts, budgets, schedules, designs, quality of materials and workmanship
Supervision of construction works.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural services, project documentation preparation, design management
Experience in coordinating projects with a complex set of stakeholders
Experience in completing projects for public sector clients
Master’s degree in architecture
Very good spoken and written English (C1) is a must, ability to write technical reports in English
Client facing experience and discussing both requirements and outcomes of the project
Proficiency in current Building Law and building technical standards for real estate assets as well as Polish Code of Administrative Procedure. Familiarity with Public Procurement Law and Public Project Regulations is a plus, but not required
Ability to work and lead a multibranch team of consultants
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week (office job).
