Your responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating several projects independently,
• Contributing to global initiatives within the international project office community,
• Aligning project objectives, managing stakeholders, and reporting to sponsors on business and/or IT initiatives,
• Initiating and directing continuous improvement actions,
• Participating in the development of knowledge sharing and assistance between project managers
• Collaborating on cross-cutting initiatives, such as CSR and communication improvement.

Our requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record in financial institutions or consulting firms,
• Experience as an IT and/or business project manager,
• Fluency in English,
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Lean, and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies,
• Ability to propose innovative solutions, with a proper business case,
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills,
• Ability to work independently, while being fully in charge of deliverables,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• A proven sense of proactivity and adaptability.

Optional

• French and/or Polish would be an asset.

Societe Generale S.A. Branch in Poland is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Transformation Project Office team. This role will contribute to the strategic initiatives and transformation of the Global Support Function within the Investment Banking Business.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage and coordinate projects across various business areas, including Global Operating Model, Operational Efficiency, Financial Steering, organizational transformation, as well as innovation and business projects. You will be working closely with stakeholders and reporting to sponsors on business and/or IT initiatives.
