The Mission

We are looking for a Senior R&D Supply Chain Specialist to bridge the gap between engineering and procurement. In this role, you will work side-by-side with electronics engineers to secure high-tech components for cutting-edge satellite systems. Your primary goal is to ensure that R&D and prototype development never slow down by quickly sourcing critical hardware and electronic parts.

What You'll Do

• Technical Sourcing: Identify and secure electronic components, semiconductors, PCBs, and PCBA for fast-paced prototyping.

• Supplier Management: Rapidly identify and engage suppliers capable of delivering small batches and prototypes.

• Engineering Collaboration: Act as the supply chain partner for hardware engineers developing advanced satellite hardware.

• NPI Support: Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by managing the bill of materials (BOM) and ensuring component availability.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Sourcing.

• Technical Expertise: Direct experience sourcing electronic components, semiconductors, or embedded systems.

• Industry Knowledge: An understanding of electronics manufacturing, prototyping processes, and hardware development.

• Languages: Fluent in English (Polish is a significant advantage).

• Educational Background: Ideally, a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Supply Chain.
