The role:
The Life Sciences Group of Thermo Fisher Scientific currently has a vacancy for a Senior Sales Representative, with a background in Life Sciences / Forensics to drive growth of the HID business in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-reaching and sophisticated individual to join a global Life Sciences organization, at what is an exciting time of growth for the business in the assigned territory. You will further develop and reinforce the Forensic HID business (instruments, kits, and consumables) in your designated territory, with direct management of Key Accounts.

Your responsibilities:
Keep close personal contact to appropriate levels of Key Accounts, investigate their business needs and serve as main contact for entire organization

Based on profound knowledge of forensic human identification, develop objectives to continue and expand business

Challenges for all existing and develops new sales opportunities within the territory to meet or exceed targets

Brings together, analyzes, and delivers information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products appropriated to the forensic market

Provide accurate forecast and lost order reporting as well as competitive information

Ensures that all vital resources needed are used efficiently and successfully to increase business

Co-ordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing, and finance

Who we are looking for:
Extensive experience working in a Sales position and/or Key Account Management within a similar industry

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Molecular Biology or equivalent

Well organized individual with ability to establish short and long-term business objectives and have a consistent track record of measuring performance toward those objectives

Knowledge of Applied Biosystems Forensic HID technology workflows is helpful

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, ability to influence and work through networks, ability to handle business remotely

Frequent travel within assigned region is required

Excellent command of English language required.
