As a Senior Sales Representative – RAS (Robotic Assisted Surgery) you will have an opportunity to sell one of our most premiere products – HUGO. A link to information around Hugo can be found below:

Your area of sales coverage will be: Wielkopolskie, Lubuskie, Pomorskie, Zachodnio-Pomorskie & a part of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship.  

For this role, you will be expected to be located in Poznan, Poland.

A Day in the Life
•    Promotes and sells Medtronic’s RAS within the assigned geographic area to meet or exceed targets.
•    Attends customer meetings and conferences as required.
•    Provides Operating Room (OR) surgeons and nurses technical support during surgeries.
•    Organizes product demos.
•    Works on offer preparation.
•    Helps to create and care for the company’s image.
•    Participates in negotiations with hospitals.

Must Haves
•    At least 3-5 years of medical devices sales experience.
•    OR working environment experience.
•    Excellent record of Capital sales.
•    An understanding of the capital sales process.
•    Cooperation with hospital management and administration.
•    Experience connected to tenders. 
•    Good time management.
•    Team player.
•    Goal oriented.
•    Readiness for frequent business travel.

Nice to Haves
•    Big Capital equipment sales record.
•    Good knowledge around Surgical, Urological and Gynecological procedures.
•    Experience of working with Surgeons, Urologists and Gynecologists
