Job Description - Senior Salesforce Administrator

For one of our key Clients we're looking for a specialist for the position of:

Senior Salesforce Administrator

 

Terms of engagement:
 
Area: Media / Entertainment
Localisation: 100% remote
Start: ASAP (max 3 month notice period)
Salary rate (determined individually): 145 - 160 PLN net + VAT / h
Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term
 

Recruitment process (100% remotely):

  • Phone "hello" interview with 1dea recruitment consultant (~10 min)
  • Technical and business conversation with our Client (approx. 1,5 hour)
  • Decision to cooperate

Scope of duties:

  • You'll diagnose, resolve, and identify the root cause of user-reported issues within Salesforce
  • Work with other teams to ensure incidents are properly routed for advanced analysis or integration troubleshooting
  • You'll fulfill user requests and follow established procedures to maintain a healthy Salesforce environment
  • Contribute to improving documentation by refining existing resources and creating new technical support articles

Requirements:

  • Strong professional experience in Salesforce Admin role (4+ Years)
  • Understanding of core Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud)
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools
  • While not explicitly stated, strong learning agility is implied to navigate the Salesforce ecosystem effectively
  • English B2+ level (for collaborating with external application partners)

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
