Toyota Boshoku Europe – Poland is the newly opened branch of Toyota Boshoku Europe, the Europe & Africa headquarters of Toyota Boshoku. The Wrocław branch plays an important role towards Toyota Boshoku Europe’s expansion strategy, while strengthening Toyota Boshoku’s footprint in the EA region.

Requirements:

• Proceed Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) topics inside the project


• Communication with customer and suppliers with CAE content


• Create CAE program for serial projects and for new projects incl. costs + time schedule together with test engineer.


• Control costs + time schedule of the CAE programs


• Proceed CAE simulation internal with all pre- and post-processing tasks


• CAE program has to respect all requirements from customer and legislation


• Review test results from internal, supplier and customer


• Analyze test result with requestor of simulation and/or with validation and test engineer


• Communicate test results within the team and to customer / supplier


• Compare test results with Validation results together with Validation engineer


• Support D-FMEA

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in a field of Mechanics, Automotive, Aeronautic etc.


• Min. 3 years experience of a Validation area, or in Finite Element Analysis


• Experience with LS-Dyna is a must have


• Fluent English


• Able to work within cross functional and cross country team


• Python scripting skills (intermediate)


• Knowledge of passive safety topics in the automotive field, particularly related to seats and interior components


• Proactive mindset with the ability to learn, research, and contribute to the development of new calculation and simulation approaches
