As a Developer, you should be able to understand the current organizational landscape (AS-IS) and actively contribute to transformation processes (TO-BE). You will promote continuous improvement within teams, focusing on delivering sustainable, iterative, and collaborative value to the customer.

Your main responsibilities:

• Facilitate discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution. Provide solutions through effective internal and external communication, promoting transparency and sharing information.
• Show strong adaptability to work with multiple technologies simultaneously.
• Design and develop high-availability software solutions.
• Define best practices for software development, automated testing, and deployment.
• Actively optimize and enhance the efficiency of software development processes.
• Implement alerts and metrics to monitor solutions effectively.
• Ensure software quality in both maintenance and new developments.
• Apply and enforce software quality controls.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering
• At least 5 years of professional experience

Must Technical Skills:

Programming & Development:

• Advanced knowledge of Python 3
• Medium-level knowledge of C/C++

Operating Systems & Infrastructure:

• Linux
• Docker
• Terraform
• Kubernetes

Testing & Quality:

• UnitTest

DevOps Tools:

• Jira, Jenkins, Git, Confluence

Cloud:

• AWS

Databases:

• Redis
• Elasticsearch

Monitoring & Automation:

• Experience with monitoring platforms such as Grafana
• Familiarity with planning and process automation platforms

Other Requirements:

• Desire to continuously learn and adopt new technologies
• High level of English
