Join our team and you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and evolving scalable core .NET services that power the recruitment process for our clients — all within an event-driven architecture and with an openness to exploring and adopting emerging technologies that can enhance our solutions.

As a member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-performance backend solutions, shape architectural decisions, and actively contribute to the evolution of our distributed systems platform. Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET-based backend services in a distributed, event-driven architecture

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, plan, and implement new features

• Explore, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and tools that can improve scalability, reliability, or developer efficiency

• Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit/integration testing, and continuous delivery practices

• Take part in architectural discussions and decisions affecting multiple services and domains

• Contribute to improving our engineering culture, tools, and processes, fostering a mindset of continuous learning and innovation

• Proven experience in backend development using .NET (C#), including ASP.NET Core

• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, messaging patterns, and distributed systems (Kafka, SQS)

• Experience with cloud-native development (preferably in AWS or Azure)

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Solid understanding of Entity Framework / EF Core

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

• Good knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation

• Familiarity with design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices

• Understanding of application security best practices (e.g., OWASP, OAuth2, JWT)

• Openness to experimenting with new technologies, frameworks, and approaches to continuously improve our platform
