About the Product

Fiplana is a dedicated Qlik solution that enables organizations to plan projects easily and effectively, plan and analyze finances, draw up financial forecasts, and collaborate across teams in project planning, analysis, and forecasting.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Fiplana team and take ownership across the full stack — from backend services in Node.js to frontend experiences built in TypeScript. You’ll work on both new feature development and ongoing product maintenance, and we expect you to actively leverage modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate your work and raise the bar for the team.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build features end-to-end across Fiplana’s Node.js backend and TypeScript frontend
• Contribute to architecture decisions, write clean and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality releases on schedule
• Identify opportunities to improve existing code, reduce technical debt, and modernize the codebase
• Adopt AI-assisted development workflows in your day-to-day engineering practice

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js — this is the core of what you’ll work with every day
• Comfortable building and maintaining both backend services and frontend interfaces, with confidence making decisions across the full stack
• Solid experience with vanilla JavaScript; familiarity with UI frameworks like Webix is a nice-to-have
• Writes thoughtful, well-tested code and communicates clearly
• Takes initiative and is comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment
• Experience with asynchronous collaboration and distributed teams

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Qlik Sense (extensions, APIs, or load scripting)
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar)
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience using AI agentic workflows in SDLC

Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
