Senior SW Engineer in Test, Cinema Technology

Design, develop and maintain software modules, tools and test automation frameworks. Create and maintain Python/Pytest scripts for automated tests. Design, implement and maintain CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines. Contribute to creation of test strategies, test plans and test cases for new features and software releases. Offer expertise in selecting the appropriate tools and technologies in line with industry standards and best practices. Perform automated and manual test execution and report the results. Report issues through a formal bug tracking system and work with the development team to help isolate, debug, and resolve issues/bugs. Setup, configure, troubleshoot and maintain systems test environments. Stay abreast of trends and best practices in software development and testing. Minimum 4+ years of experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Python and various tools and libraries like Pytest, Selenium, Paramiko. Experience in integrating test automation within CI/CT/CD pipelines, preferably in Gitlab CI. Experience working with hardware and embedded systems running Linux. Experience with Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems and command line interfaces. Knowledge of Network protocols including TCP/IP, SSH, NTP, FTP, HTML, XML, SNMP, SOAP. Experience with various SQA industry tools (e.g. Jira, Bugzilla) and best practices. Experience with various SD methodologies and best practices. Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to achieve results and meet deadlines, proactive attitude in solving problems. Excellent oral and written communication. Ability to cooperate with international teams in various time zones (incl. PDT). Interest in consumer or professional audio/video technologies and products. General knowledge of digital audio and video signal processing.
