They are seeking an experienced Senior Transition Manager to join their team in Poznań and lead complex finance credit transitions from multiple European client sites into their delivery centre.

Position Overview

As a Senior Transition Manager, you will oversee the complete migration of finance credit processes from two European markets into the Poznań delivery centre. You will ensure seamless knowledge transfer, maintain service quality throughout the transition, and establish operational efficiency from day one. This role requires you to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies, mitigate risks, and support post-implementation stabilisation. Your work will directly impact the success of client relationships and the operational performance of the delivery centre.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transitions across finance credit for two European markets


• Partner with client finance teams and workstream leads to execute project plans


• Oversee knowledge transfer, process documentation, and training for new operations


• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and process gaps throughout the transition


• Propose mitigation strategies to address operational challenges


• Track progress and report against transition plans and milestones


• Support post-go-live stabilisation and continuous improvement initiatives


• Ensure customer experience, service standards, and compliance are maintained


• Drive process standardisation and operational excellence across the transition

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing 3-5 successful transitions in finance operations


• Strong project management skills with experience across multiple geographies


• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities


• Experience in shared services, BPO, or business process transformation programmes


• Excellent command of English (additional European languages highly desirable)


• Ability to navigate complex operational environments


• Experience driving process standardisation and operational excellence


• Available for immediate start
