We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join team of professionals, where you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative solutions for the healthcare sector. Essential duties and responsibilities include end-to-end UX design to ideate, validate, and implement new features for a medical research workflow management tool. Location: 100% remote from Poland Salary ranges: B2B: 20 000 - 25 000 PLN net on fv vat ( 30 paid days off per year included ) 6-month contract (with the possibility of extension) Job qualifications 7 years of design experience , including application of Lean UX design methodologies Master skill level of design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and deep understanding of typography, color, layout, and responsive design principles Knowledge of customer analytics tracking tools; adept at analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy Workshop facilitation to answer critical business questions through design thinking, rapid prototyping and testing ideas with customers Proficient at creating customer journey maps, navigation design, site maps, information architecture, wireframes, storyboards and prototypes Knowledge of agile software development processes and experience with requirements management and complex projects Background and/or education in the healthcare industry preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including openness to feedback Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent is desired Portfolio Requirement: Your portfolio should demonstrate a track record of developing simple and elegant user interfaces for complex online applications – it is essential to be able to present large amounts of complex information in a simple way. Technical Skills: Expertise in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is essential.
