The Opportunity:
Responsible for installing instruments, performing proactive, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and modifications on laboratory equipment with delivering final end to end solution from customer point of view
Ensuring that (technical) service from Roche is an added value so that customer satisfaction increases;
Technical product responsibility and providing professional advice to customers and colleagues;
Providing service reporting for transfer and technical release of the solution;
Responsible for spare part logistics and own car stock according to specific procedure
Assist sales and marketing team with tender opportunities
Active cooperation with Network Leads and Partners for creating strategy and expertise development
Works closely with all colleagues to increase the valuable customer experience, achieve mutual objectives and oversees day-to-day relationship with customers
Who you are:
Education: technical engineering (medical, electronics, software, mechanical, automation) Technology, preferably with data/IT techniques
Professional knowledge of the primary work area
Demonstrable experience with automated laboratory equipment/solutions or measurements and result processing instruments
Knowledge of organizational aspects of hospital and / or laboratories
Preferable minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
Preferable experience in a service-providing position
Flexible to travel as required
Proficient level in Polish and English language
Result oriented.
Strong team player.
Excellent analytical, communications and interpersonal skills, highly customer focused, ability to build strong relationships.
Commercial insight and focus on customer sales development.
