Service/Delivery Quality Lead

• Ensure cyber security service delivery quality meets defined SLAs for both customers and suppliers.
  


• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics of cyber security team.
  


• Conduct regular service reviews with stakeholders.
  


• Collaborate with other teams to implement improvements and resolve issues.
  


• Drive continual service improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
  


• Ensure that solutions meet quality standards throughout the delivery process.
  


• Work with cyber security delivery teams to ensure adherence to quality frameworks and processes.
  


• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery quality.
  

Requirements

• You have a Masters degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.
  


• You have minimum 5 years of work experience within a cyber security team.
  


• You have experience in Service performance monitoring and service reporting.
  


• You have excellent communication and leadership skills to provide guidance and support to the team.
  


• You have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholder.
