At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional ServiceNow Platform Lead to join our UniQue Warsaw team.
What will you be bringing to the team?
Ensure the security, availability, performance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform in collaboration with Architects and Developers
Oversee development activities, including enhancements and defect resolution
Manage the platform across its full lifecycle (design, implementation, operation, optimization)
Deliver demos and training sessions for end users and support teams
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand expectations and platform usage needs
Gather, analyze, and validate business and user requirements
Translate requirements into efficient technical solutions aligned with architecture standards
Present proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Support the implementation of organization-wide service management capabilities
Coordinate development and improvement initiatives with Architects and Developers
Provide input on business requirements and technical designs
Contribute to solution architecture and development activities
Support cross-functional teams in areas such as risk, security, and disaster recovery
Maintain up-to-date documentation (technical specs, SOPs, user guides, knowledge base articles)
What do you need to succeed in this position?
At least 5 years of relevant IT experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or projects
Certifications (at least one required):
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
Strong hands-on experience in administering, maintaining, and configuring ServiceNow (ITSM and related modules)
Solid background in requirements analysis and project delivery
Good knowledge of the ServiceNow product suite and IT service management principles
Experience in creating SOPs and technical documentation
Familiarity with integration technologies (Web Services, REST, SSO, LDAP, etc.)
Understanding of complex systems and interoperability
Knowledge of IT security standards and project management methodologies
Experience in solution design is an advantage
Good knowledge of English: minimum B2 (CEFR)
