Site Design Manager

Our client, a global leading, innovative Telecommunication company, is recruiting for a Site Design Manager to join their business in Poland. 

Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for detailed design of wireless sites, including but not limited to soil test/structure analysis, producing detailed site design drawings and reports, and ensuring the design is properly disclosed.
  

• Collaborating closely with the engineering design manager to ensure the design complies with internal review standards and can be approved by the customer. 
  

• Participating in joint surveys to verify the accuracy of survey data and ensuring it meets the subsequent design requirements.
  

• Be a great team player and communicate effectively with the internal and external teams
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above education in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  

• At least 2 years working experience in wireless network design. Experience with large-scale wireless network projects is an advantage. 
  

• Holds certifications such as HCIP-R&S or equivalent.
  

• Be familiar with wireless communication principles, and be proficient in GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, and other wireless communication standards and technologies.
  

• Native polish speaker and fluent in English
