Site Planning Business Process Expert
We are looking for a Site Planning Business Process Expert to enhance planning performance, strengthen compliance, and drive process excellence across Business Units and Regions. In this role, you will optimize Site Planning processes, data, tools, and ways of working to enable reliable, efficient, and scalable execution.
Your role:
Driving excellence in Site Planning operations by optimizing processes, data, tools, and ways of working to improve planning accuracy and execution quality.
Defining and documenting business, operational, and compliance requirements for Site Planning processes, ensuring simplification, standardization, and guided flexibility.
Maintaining the Site Planning capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy and regulatory needs.
Creating and manage dashboards and reports to track adoption, maturity, performance, and improvement opportunities.
Acting as the primary liaison across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders to support aligned and effective implementation.
Serving as the main Quality Management System (QMS) contact for Site Planning, ensuring timely CAPA execution and compliance.
Defining end‑to‑end Site Planning capabilities and minimum standards—planning horizons, decision rights, required data, hand‑offs, and KPIs.
Designing fit‑for‑purpose processes within the Process Framework, ensuring alignment with IT systems, planning tools, data models, and job families.
Co‑creating and delivering training and enablement materials for Site Planning teams and stakeholders.
Supporting IT enhancements, including UAT, validation, and ensuring solutions meet user requirements.
Driving change management, deployment readiness, and early‑stage monitoring of new Site Planning capabilities.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methods.
You’re the right fit if you have:
Minimum 3 years of experience within Site Planning
Experience as a subject matter expert or in a managerial role.
Experience improving processes and driving cross‑functional alignment.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.
Project management skills
Ability to translate requirements into scalable, compliant processes and tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
