Could you be the full-time hybrid Site Supply Chain Engineer in Nadarzyn, PL we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and logistics engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll drive impactful change by implementing and managing standard packaging solutions, optimizing logistics processes, and delivering sustainable cost reductions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Regional Logistics Engineering, warehouse operations, procurement), define warehouse layouts and flows, and identify improvements throughout the value chain, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Implementation and management of standard packaging solutions, including purchase, design, prototyping, and validation

  • Monitoring budget implementation for packaging solutions

  • Developing and implementing solutions to protect parts during all logistics operations

  • Calculating return on investment (ROI) for standard packaging design and reducing transportation costs

  • Creating business cases to justify investments in returnable packaging and other solutions

  • Defining warehouse layouts and optimizing internal and external flows

  • Collaborating with the Regional Logistics Engineering Department to identify and implement value-added improvements across the supply chain

  • Applying Lean Manufacturing tools to enhance operational efficiency

  • Utilizing SAP modules (MM, WM) to manage logistics processes effectively

  • Leveraging AutoCAD and MS Office tools (especially Excel) to support planning and design

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Engineering and/or Logistics

  • Experience or understanding of implementing optimization projects in large organizations in the manufacturing sector

  • Knowledge of business processes in logistics

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools

  • Proficiency in SAP modules: MM, WM

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Work with innovative packaging solutions, logistics optimization strategies, and advanced tools like SAP and AutoCAD to enhance operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Progress towards becoming a key contributor to sustainable and efficient supply chain processes, while continuously developing your technical and leadership skills

  • Utilise our dynamic and supportive working environment that encourages resilience, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, sport card)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
