Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle features, services, and policies.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing solutions related to automotive products.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Offer insights and suggestions to optimize customer support processes.

• Fluency in Slovak and English; additional languages are a plus.
