Software Engineer III, GxP

Our GxP team, based in Poland, ensures that our systems and processes meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. We enable product teams to move quickly while maintaining the trust and safety required in regulated environments. As our presence in Poland grows, we are looking for a seasoned engineer who can support and build our compliance components. In this role, your work will directly support teams building products that impact millions of users - ensuring those products meet critical standards in healthcare, life sciences, and beyond. You'll be expected to: Attend and engage in weekly stand ups, team meetings, manager 1:1s Work collaboratively with other engineers, team members and across teams Participate in the production on-call duties rotation with the team members 3+ years of professional software development experience Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in Java and Spring Experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or Amazon Web Services Skilled in designing and developing APIs Proven ability to design, build, and deploy high-quality software Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software design principles, and object-oriented programming Passionate about new technologies with the capability to implement them in existing products Demonstrates ownership mentality and strives for excellence in both technical work and team interactions Proficient in English
