What you'll bring:
- Lead hands-on architecture work across client engagements, with a focus on solution design, delivery oversight, and early-stage technical consulting during the presales process
- Supporting strategic technology decisions across client projects, shaping architectural direction, defining key processes, and influencing organizational design
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders — lead architecture reviews, roadmap planning sessions, and strategic technology discussions with stakeholders (including CTOs and CEOs)
- Collaborate with the team on the architecture design of new systems from scratch, lead modernization of existing platforms, and provide direction for cloud migration efforts
- Get involved early — help shape projects during the discovery phase by translating business needs into technical blueprints
- Define system architecture and cloud infrastructure, balancing performance, scalability, and cost efficiency in your choices
- Document your architectural decisions clearly with diagrams, ADRs, and other materials that support long-term maintainability
- Provide input on timeline and cost estimations to inform planning, team allocation, and client roadmaps
- Drive hands-on work, especially for proof-of-concept projects and foundational infrastructure development
- Lead internal knowledge sharing, mentor engineering teams, and introduce forward-thinking practices including exploration of emerging technologies like GenAI
About you - Tech skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of programming background in at least one modern language (e.g. Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET), with the ability to step in hands-on when needed - especially for PoCs or urgent technical challenges, primarily using Python and Node.js
- 2 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions, ideally with AWS or similar platforms, including hands-on knowledge of core services, security, and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform)
- Deep understanding of system design, distributed architecture, and DevOps practices like CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation
- Familiarity with transforming monolithic systems to cloud-native architectures using containers, APIs, and serverless patterns
- Experienced in leading architectural assessments and ensuring alignment with cost, performance, availability, and security goals
- Experience with Big Data or AI/ML technologies (e.g., data pipelines, model serving, GenAI) is a strong plus
- Curious about new tech and passionate about evaluating and applying innovations like Generative AI, platform engineering, or AI-assisted development
