This position is key in handling the tax consequences of global mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs, while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax laws.\n\n * Accurately prepare, review, and file tax returns and related deliverables for globally mobile employees within designated deadlines.\n\n * Offer specialized advice and strategic recommendations to internal teams regarding tax planning, withholding responsibilities, and social security contributions\n\n * Work in tandem with finance and HR departments to ensure precise calculation and reporting of payroll taxes and social security contributions\n\n * Offer specialized tax advice on assignment structures, leveraging tax treaties, and identifying tax-efficient benefits.\n\n * Educate and counsel employees on their tax responsibilities and the potential implications of international assignments.\n\n * Provide guidance on tax equalization and protection policies to employees, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.\n\n * Analyze employee compensation and payroll data to accurately calculate tax liabilities and identify potential benefits.\n\n\n\n\nOur requirements: \nEssential Skills:\n\n * Languages: Polish and English - min B2, \n\n * Ability to work in a team\n\n * Positive attitude to learning and taking on new responsibilities\n\n * Valid work permit\n\n\n\n\nDesired Skills:\n\n * Knowledge or experience in the field of finance or taxes\n\n * MS Excel knowledge\n\n * Knowledge of Dutch or French languages will be an asset\n\n\n\n\nWe offer:\n\n * Implementation package - introductory and content-related trainings, tutor support (Buddy Program)\n\n * Comprehensive medical care\n\n * Additional insurance\n\n * Cafeteria platform where you can use a wide range of e-vouchers and a MultiSport card\n\n * Soft and technical skills training programs\n\n * Hybrid work model with a one time a month visit in our office in Katowice\n\n * Development opportunities within the company\n\n * Great work environment\n\n\n\n
