For our entity in Olesno we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Specialist, Production Scheduling
(we are looking for several candidates)

Responsibilities in this role:

• creation of short and long-term production plans guaranteeing timely realization of orders based on orders and sales forecasts
• verifying the availability of resources, both human and raw material, needed for effective production planning
  
  
• supervising the timely execution of production plans and ongoing updating of production schedules
  
  
• managing and update data in systems supporting production management
  
  
• performing analyses, reports, and compilations necessary for optimal production planning
  
  
• liaising with production, purchasing and logistics, sales and marketing departments to receive information on orders and orders

Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

• minimum secondary education (preferably higher education, majored in economics, mathematics, statistics, logistics)
• knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
  
  
• proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel (advanced excel skills, intermediate is a minimum)
• analytical skills
  
  
• ability to cooperate in a team
  
  
• communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• systematic approach to work and commitment to deadlines
• experience in a manufacturing company and knowledge of ERP systems, will be an assets
