We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Tax Reporting & Compliance to join our Investor Tax Team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.


Role Overview:


Investor Tax Team delivers tax reporting service to our clients, in daily operational basis, as well as monthly, semi-annual, annual and ad-hoc tasks across various countries: Germany, Belgium, UK, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Korea. In addition to day-to-day tax reporting activities, team’s responsibilities include system maintenance and fund events processing.


The Investor Tax Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely production, review and delivery of investorlevel tax reporting. The role supports clients across multiple jurisdictions and plays a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance and highquality client service within the Investor Tax Reporting function.


The position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Fund Accounting, Oversight, Technology and Client Service teams, as well as active participation in process improvements, system migrations and automation initiatives. 


Work in the team is organized in a shift system: 8:00-16:30, 9:00-17:30 and 10:30-19:00 with the late shift scheduled once every three weeks.


In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 



  • Prepare and review of investor tax reports in line with client requirements and legislative frameworks.

  • Ensure reports are delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines and service level agreements.

  • Investigate and resolve variances, exceptions and client queries related to tax reporting outputs.

  • Identify operational risks, escalate issues where appropriate and support timely resolution.

  • Support compliance with internal control standards, governance requirements and regulatory expectations.

  • Contribute to process standardisation, automation and efficiency initiatives.

     


To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 



  • Experience in investor tax, fund accounting, regulatory reporting or a closely related financial area.

  • Good understanding of investment fund structures and tax reporting concepts.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with data tools or automation (e.g. Alteryx, SQL, VBA, Python) is an advantage.

  • Ability to analyse data, investigate discrepancies, and propose effective solutions.

  • English fluency.

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or another relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
