Przetargow Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Zakres obowiązkow: Monitorowanie rynku w zakresie ogłaszanych procedur przetargowych, wyszukiwanie i selekcja przetargow Przygotowywanie ofert cenowych Praca w systemach zarządzania danymi (SAP, Service Cloud) Przygotowywanie ofert i składanie niezbędnej dokumentacji w ramach uczestnictwa w przetargach Kompleksowy nadzor i zarządzanie procesem przetargowym Analizowanie i weryfikowanie dokumentacji przetargowej Przygotowanie i pozyskiwanie niezbędnych dokumentow wymaganych w zamowieniach publicznych Wspołpraca z działami firmy zaangażowanymi w proces przetargowy i realizacji zamowień Wymagania: Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobyte w dziale przetargow / administracji Praktyczna znajomość ustawy Prawo zamowień publicznych Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i organizacyjne Rzetelność, dokładność, zaangażowanie i inicjatywa w działaniu Umiejętność ustalania priorytetow i pracy nad kilkoma zadaniami jednocześnie Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (min.
