About the Role

We are looking for a Spot Buyer to join our Procurement team and manage ad‑hoc purchasing requests across multiple categories. In this role, you will ensure that all spot buys are executed efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in line with internal processes.
If you enjoy negotiating, working with vendors, and supporting business stakeholders in day‑to‑day procurement needs - this position is a great fit.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage spot buying activities, including processing one‑time and low‑value purchase requests


• Source and evaluate suppliers, gather quotations, and compare offers


• Support internal stakeholders by identifying the best procurement solutions


• Conduct negotiations to secure competitive pricing, delivery terms, and service levels


• Create and maintain purchase orders in the system, ensuring data accuracy


• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and operational standards


• Collaborate with category managers and other procurement teams when needed


• Monitor order status and resolve issues related to delivery, invoicing, or documentation

What You Bring

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or a similar administrative/operational role


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and suppliers simultaneously


• Good understanding of purchasing processes and vendor management


• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail


• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment


• English proficiency (B2+) — other languages are an asset


• Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or other procurement systems (nice to have)
