Sr Manager, EU+ Customer & Market Insights

1. Insights & Analytics
• Applies analytical expertise to support decision making, conducting critical analyses by integrating multiple data sources to provide an objective viewpoint and recommendations
• Ensures a high level of information and knowledge of Biogen and competitors performance driving strong adoption of Regional KPI dashboards
• Proactively partners with Regional CMI to adopt centralized CMI processes i.e. patient calculations, compliance rates, models etc.
• Leads planning and forecasting of patients, in market units and market shares
• Validates Regional S&OP analysis to achieve effective and efficient patient supply in both markets
• Drives key regional improvement projects within CMI

2. Business Operations
• Leverage your analytics expertise and brand/Therapy Area knowledge to align and lead the affiliates during key business processes such as Business Reviews and Annual Operating Planning. Takes an proactive role in partnering with management in ensuring focus in execution through timely analysis, reporting and follow-up on key business issues

3. Market Research & Competitor Intelligence
• Proactively ensures that key insights are timely brought to management attention and followed by recommendations for actions
• Managing execution of local trackers – providing target lists, translating surveys and lead the local approval process
• Provides rigorous assessment and diagnosis of brand and market performance and ensuring awareness through presenting insights and recommendations
• Leverages CI from Regional/Global C&MI to support local assumptions and insight generation
• Leads regional projects within MR and CI

4. Business Intelligence
• Leverages standardized Regional reports i.e. Digital, 360Suite etc. to communicate key information, insights and recommendations
• Analyses all relevant data and information

Core Experience Requirements:
• Min. 3 years relevant experience within a life sciences company or consulting firm supporting the healthcare industry with a specific focus on delivery of market analytics and research.

You will be leading strategic insights and analytics generation and acting as a business partner for Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic affiliates, further you will be responsible for and drive strategic regional projects within the CMI organization.
Using your strategic thinking and business analytics capabilities, you will proactively provide decision support and recommendations for actions for the affiliate and regional leadership teams based on strong analysis and insights generation.
