Responsibilities:
Representing the company as the technical expert to internal & external customers and partners
Implementing firmware for feature requests, Custom Product Offerings (CPOs), and bug fixes
Having an integral role in the creation of POCs, Demos, and Prototypes
Configuring test environments to replicate and troubleshoot customer-reported issues
Preparing documentation to capture requirements for Custom Product Offerings (CPOs)
Preparing documentation for specialized seminars, application notes, and technical papers
Providing customer feedback to product management, marketing, and engineering teams
Wymagania
Knowledge of low-level electronics and the ability to read schematics
Knowledge of physical access control and the security industry is desirable
Knowledge of contactless RFID credentials and readers is desirable
Knowledge and experience of mobile implementations is desirable
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
Must have excellent telephone/interpersonal/communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Your Experience and Education include:
Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related
Minimum 7 years of experience in hands-on embedded development or similar role
Senior level knowledge of the C programming language. (C# and Python desirable)
