Store Auditor

WHAT YOU’LL DO​ 

As a Store Auditor, you will be responsible to supporting Area and Store Teams in drive the safety and security culture across the organization, contributing to Business progress.

You will:

• supporting the stores to minimize losses and achieve the Security goals using the Global Store Audit
• supporting the stores with safety and security routines
• carrying out the Store audits within the Area and country
• preparing analysis on the results and report it to the Security Manager
• supporting the Area to prepare action plans and inform the Security Manager 
• keeping close and good communication within the Security department.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

Store Auditor is part of Security Department and reports directly to Security Manager. You will also closely cooperate with Compliance Manager on matters related to country regulations and internal security routines. You will work alongside part-time auditors and support stores by sharing knowledge, conducting audits and reinforcing routines. Additionally, you will collaborate with Area Teams and engage with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of security standards. 

WHO YOU ARE​ 

We are looking for people with…​ 

• experience and background in store manager positions (COR, DM, SM)
• very high knowledge of Global Store Audit
• good and clear communication skills (interacting with people).

• Polish & English speaker
• Precise, objective, consistent and open-minded
• flexible in traveling within the country.

This is a full-time position with local contract, based in Warsaw, Poland. Store Auditor is part of Security Department and reports to the Security Manager.
