Strategic Buyer

• Oversee sourcing strategy for Electronics/Electrical & TFT Modules.
• Collaborate with the team, Commodity Manager, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop market intelligence and supplier insights.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and mitigate supply risks.
• Drive vendor initiatives for commercial benefits and negotiate optimal pricing.
• Lead vendor selection, manage AVL, and streamline supplier base.
• Align with Group Sourcing activities and liaise with Inventory & Management teams.
• Work closely with Engineering, NPI, Product, Project, and Operational Purchasing teams.

• Demonstrated experience as Strategic Buyer or similar role in an international environment.
• Experience within electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive industry, telecommunications, or comparable industries in the recent years.
• Proficient in reading and understanding Gerber files and production data.
• Strong negotiation skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate team dynamics and technical challenges to find solutions.
• Hands-on approach while maintaining focus on overall objectives.
• Confident communication in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
• Highly organized and adaptable to fast-paced product development.
• Skilled in collaboration across all organizational levels to drive change.
• Strong interpersonal abilities for building positive supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• Ideally familiar with public transport procedures and requirements.
