RIGHT NOW.\n\nDue to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\n\nSupervisor of Global Support Center \nPozna\u0144, Poland\n\nYour responsibilities:\n\nAs the Supervisor of the Global Support Center you will lead a team of up to 13 Customer Support individuals. Your team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing professional support and responding to product-related inquiries for customers across Europe, Asia, and Africa.\n\n \nIn addition, you will be responsible for the following:\n\n * Track, coordinate, and optimize key customer service metrics and the distribution of incoming inquiries\n * Prepare and analyze team performance reports\n * Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to strengthen customer service team\n * Create presentations summarizing results, team activities, and emerging trends\n * Discuss developmental needs for both team and individual level\n * Collaborate closely with John Deere global key stakeholders\n * Interviewing and onboarding new employees\n\n\n\nOur requirements:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience\n * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written\n * Solid expertise in Microsoft Office\n * Strong presentation and communication skills\n * Highly organized, self\u2011motivated, and results\u2011oriented\n\n\n\nNice to have:\n\n * Background in onboarding, offboarding and mentoring employees\n * Experience in working and collaborating remotely/in hybrid form\n * Proficiency in German, Russian, or French \n * Familiarity with international cooperation\n\n\n\nWhat we offer:\n\n * Employment contract. \n * Strong support for work-life balance, including flexible working hours (start time between 7:00 and 10:00 AM) and a hybrid work model at Business Garden in Pozna\u0144.\n * Opportunities for professional development within the company, with strong support for internal career growth.\n * Employee referral program.\n * Additional vacation days based on length of employment.\n * Holiday allowance when taking at least 2 weeks off.\n * Daily use of a foreign language in a friendly international working environment.\n * Private medical care, life insurance, sports card, meal allowance, language courses, a social fund budget, and various additional fun events in our office.\n * Free access to our e-learning platform, featuring over 1,000 courses.\n\n\n\nPlease attach an English version of your CV.\n\n \nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
