Job Description - Supply Chain Controller


Your Tasks



  • Partner with Supply Chain & Finance teams to drive performance and alignment



  • Manage and monitor key Supply Chain KPIs, ensuring target achievement



  • Analyze performance deviations and recommend corrective actionsLead planning and forecasting processes (annual and rolling forecasts) at MLU/Hub level



  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process standardization



  • Support decision-making, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects, including risk controls.


Your Profile



  • University degree in Finance, Logistics, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in Controlling, Consulting, or Financial Advisory

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, agile mindset

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures

  • Experience with SAP (CO, FI, MM, BI) and advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

  • Knowledge of Power Query/VBA is a plus
