Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in technical problem-solving for customer issues. Participating in customer meetings and technical discussions. Addressing architectural issues and system critical features. Contributing to standardization efforts internally and externally. Engaging in End-to-End (E2E) studies, including IMS Voice. You will bring Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field. Generating and maintaining critical product requirements and studies. Overseeing project artifacts and feature perspectives. Supporting technical excellence throughout the product lifecycle. Hands-on and proven experience & knowledge in one of the Operation and Maintenance areas: Configuration Management User Management Logging Probing Performance Management Fault Management Troubleshooting data collection, export and consumption Familiarity with standardization processes and the mobile broadband standard The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
