Systems and Data Analyst

The Systems & Data Analyst provides engineering-level Technical Support for the Jeppesen FF Chart Product.  Resolves problems and questions regarding aeronautical content, format or errors/omissions in products that are raised from Tier 1 Support, Sales/Services or received as direct inquiries from customers. Communicates directly with customers via email, phone or web. Investigates product functional issues and determines appropriate actions for resolution. Serves as key contact point (liaison) between the customer and internal data production groups. Records customer interaction and resolution details in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Data Standards and Product Management. Provides input on new product implementations as well as current product modifications. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer-facing Technical Support for Jeppesen Charts


• Resolve problems and answer inquiries relating to the aeronautical content of Jeppesen Charts


• Investigate sophisticated technical issues and provide recommended solutions to customers and internal partners


• Considerable ability to maintain effective working relationships in a team environment


• Build team technical capability through sharing of knowledge & expertise with others


• Support data design and research efforts and communicate solutions to multi-functional teams


• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 years’ or more experience with Jeppesen FF Chart authoring, product specifications and schedules, government-issued navigation data documents (AIP, AIP AMDT/SUP, AICs, FAA Form 8260s, NFDDs, etc.) and Instrument Flight Procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher


• Experience with multiple charting assets


• Knowledge of chart delivery procedures


• Knowledge of Jeppesen Airway Manual


• Some knowledge of Jeppesen electronic chart products


• Experience with Salesforce CRM


• Pilot or dispatch experience
