Systems Integration Specialist

Brightech is an international company developing innovative solutions to support business growth across various industries. As part of a holding primarily focused on U.S. transportation logistics, we operate in four countries: Ukraine, Poland, the USA, and Mexico.

Now we are looking for a Systems Integration Specialist with a solid understanding of CRM systems, API integrations, telephony platforms, and automation tools, who can drive technical solutions across departments and ensure seamless system interoperability.

Your future tasks:

•  Develop and optimize systems workflows, processes, integrations to streamline business operations (CRM, telephony systems, other systems);


• Automation of processes and data bases management;


• Coordinate and support integrations between the CRM and third-party systems, including telephony and marketing automation tools;


• Act as a mediator between internal teams and external vendors to coordinate technical projects and integrations;


• Maintain up-to-date and reliable system information;

This position is yours if you have:

• Background of 2+ years in a related field;


• Proven experience in implementation or integration of the CRM system in your previous position;


• Utilization of AI tools for workflows and processes automation;


• Knowledge of network management, including LAN/WAN, VPN configurations;


• Experience with telephony platforms (VoIP, PBX) and their connection to business software;


• Understanding of APIs, middleware solutions, and automation technologies;


• Process Analysis and Improvement: Ability to map, assess, and enhance business and technical workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness;


• Cybersecurity: Awareness of IT security standards and their application.

It will be a great advantage if you have the following skills and knowledge:

• Coding or scripting skills (e.g., SQL, Python, Unix/Linux Shell) for automation and problem-solving is a plus


• Experience with creating (customizing) dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making depending on business needs.
  

Education:

• Bachelor degree in technical field (engineering, telecommunication, etc)
