We work closely together to attract and hire talent that helps Eaton develop more efficient and sustainable power management solutions for a changing world.\n\nWe are truly international, curious by nature, and continuously learning \u2014 from each other and from the evolving talent market. \n \n\n\nThe role\n\nAs Talent Acquisition Consultant EMEA \u2013 DACH Focus, you will primarily support recruiting activities across German-speaking markets while collaborating closely with HR partners and hiring managers across EMEA.\n\nYou will combine strong recruiting fundamentals with a forward-looking mindset, leveraging digital sourcing, AI-enabled tools, and employer branding strategies to attract both active and passive talent.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe role \nAs Talent Acquisition Consultant EMEA \u2013 DACH Focus, you will primarily support recruiting activities across German-speaking markets while collaborating closely with HR partners and hiring managers across EMEA. \nYou will combine strong recruiting fundamentals with a forward-looking mindset, leveraging digital sourcing, AI-enabled tools, and employer branding strategies to attract both active and passive talent.\n\nYour Main Responsibilities\n\n * Conducting extensive Internet and database searches for the purpose of generating candidates for open vacancies as well as for mid to longterm projects. Person must have experience in proactive cold recruiting methods to generate passive candidates.\n * Conducting phone interviews and contacting potential candidates which are typically generated by research, cold calling and customtailored marketing plans, as well as internal systems.\n * Maintaining the accuracy of the complete hiring process within the system.\n * Supporting internal and external clients with a high degree of customer service.\n * Selling the staffing model internally at all levels of the organization.\n * Addressing, reacting and/or solving unusual or sensitive issues with knowledge of the field and the company.\n * Managing outside third party vendors as the main contact, ensuring that the hiring process is consistently followed and strong relationships are maintained.\n * Contributing to DACH focused talent attraction initiatives by leveraging German language skills, digital and AIenabled recruiting tools, and employer branding activities to strengthen Eaton\u2019s visibility and candidate engagement in the market.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree.\n * Previous experience in recruiting, ideally within engineering and information technology sectors.\n * Strong customer service skills with the ability to support both internal and external clients.\n * Excellent problem\u2011solving skills and sound judgment in complex or sensitive situations.
