We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.
Your tasks will include:
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Deliver weekly progress reports and conduct market intelligence analysis
What we expect from you:
- Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a focus on IT roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- In-depth knowledge of IT recruitment trends, challenges, and best practices
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sufficient proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international teams
Will be an advantage:
- University degree in HR, Business, or a related field
