Talent Acquisition Specialist with German

We are looking for Talent Acquisition professionals at various stages of their careers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing recruitment activities across selected stages of the hiring process
• Acting as a key contact for candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate data and documentation in the ATS
• Supporting onboarding activities and recruitment administration
• Coordinating background checks and ensuring GDPR compliance
• Preparing recruitment reports and tracking key recruitment metrics
• Contributing to process improvement, standardization, and documentation
• Identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience

Your profile:

• 1–3+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support experience
• Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to work with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel) and scheduling tools
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive personal data with discretion
• Organized, dependable, and process-oriented mindset
• Collaborative, responsive, and calm under pressure
• Strong administrative and operational focus

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a corporate, Shared Services Center (SSC), or international environment is a strong advantage
