Job title: Talent Acquisition Partner, Europe & North America

Location: Katowice HUB, hybrid

Type: Full time, permanent

Who we are and what we do:

LIPTON Teas & Infusions is the world’s leading tea business, home to iconic, purpose‑driven brands like Lipton, Pukka, Tazo, T2, Lyons and PG Tips.

We craft great teas for every occasion, to bring joy and inspire a healthier lifestyle. Guided by our values of people first, ownership, passion for excellence, and consumer and customer centricity, we create long‑term value for our people, trade partners, suppliers, and the communities where we operate.

If you’re a diverse thinker who takes personal ownership to connect ideas and make impactful things happen, someone who shares our values around humanity and courage and someone who enjoys a good cup of tea (on the house!), then we could be a good match! ✨

Your role:

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment across Europe and North America, partnering with Hiring Managers, People & Organisation (P&O) teams and business leaders to attract, assess and secure talent. From the first briefing to offers and pre-employment activities, you’ll keep hiring moving and create a great candidate experience. Beyond each vacancy, you’ll build pipelines, share market insights and improve how we recruit.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Own the hiring journey: lead briefings, agree profiles, timelines and sourcing strategies, and manage screening, structured interviews, selection, offers, approvals, compensation alignment, contract coordination and pre-employment activities through to onboarding coordination.

  • Find talent proactively: use LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, talent mapping, internal mobility, referrals and talent communities to build pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles; manage agency and search partners when needed.

  • Be a trusted hiring partner: share market insights, set realistic expectations, constructively challenge requirements and coach Hiring Managers on interviewing, assessment and hiring decisions.

  • Make every candidate experience count: communicate clearly and promptly, manage expectations and ensure a fair, respectful process whatever the outcome.

  • Champion recruitment standards: promote objective, competency-based assessment and consistent practices that reflect local legislation, internal policies and governance; support EU Pay Transparency requirements and appropriate salary transparency practices.

  • Turn data into action: keep SuccessFactors records accurate and maintain reporting on pipeline health, time to hire/time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance and hiring outcomes; translate insights into practical improvements.

  • Help build better ways of working: lead and contribute to TA and wider P&O projects, partnering across regions to improve processes, tools, templates, system adoption and HR operations, and support employer branding, referrals and internal mobility.

What we are looking for:

  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, in-house recruitment, recruitment consultancy, search or an agency, with ownership of the full hiring lifecycle.

  • Strong direct sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and experience screening candidates and conducting structured or competency-based interviews.

  • The ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders across functions, seniority levels or markets, balancing pace with hiring quality.

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, confidence working with recruitment data and a working knowledge of fair hiring and recruitment compliance.

  • Strong business English and the ability to build credible partnerships across cultures and geographies.

  • A hands-on, evidence-led approach: you take ownership, ask commercially curious questions, challenge constructively, adapt to ambiguity and build trust through clear communication and follow-through.

Nice to have, not essential: recruitment across Europe and/or North America; multinational or multi-country experience; recruitment across different job families; SuccessFactors Recruiting; talent mapping and pipeline building; hiring manager training; employer branding, referrals or internal mobility; or TA transformation and HR project experience.

What’s in it for you:

  • International scope: partner with colleagues across Europe and North America on varied hiring needs.

  • Ownership and influence: combine hands-on recruitment with stakeholder advisory and the opportunity to shape how we hire.

  • Impact beyond vacancies: contribute to cross-regional TA and P&O initiatives, from stronger talent pipelines to better processes and candidate experiences.

As part of the Katowice HUB, you’ll join a modern, collaborative environment designed to help you thrive—professionally and personally. Our benefits package includes:

  • Private medical care and employer‑paid life insurance

  • Monthly MyBenefit cafeteria points and holiday reimbursement

  • Access to discounted company products

  • Employee referral rewards up to 3,000 PLN

  • Structured onboarding and continuous learning opportunities

  • Cross‑functional collaboration with global teams

  • Regular HUB events, recognition programs, and a strong culture of teamwork

What to expect from us:

We know that the whole recruitment process can be stressful, so we promise to make it as straightforward as possible. Our process is usually 2-3 stages (depending on the seniority of the role) and we are aiming to review every CV within 2 weeks.

We are an organization committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our employees, global consumers, partners, and communities. We believe a diverse workforce allows us to match our growth ambitions and drive inclusion across the business. We are interested in every individual bringing their whole self to work and this includes you!

By submitting your application, you consent to the processing of your personal data contained in your CV and application documents for the purposes of this recruitment process, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
