Job Description - TALENT COMMUNITY Senior People Partner (fixed term contract)
Advise and coach EMEA people leaders and employees to drive workforce performance, providing support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness. EMEA HR Advisory Participate in HR projects/events and programs as well as improvement initiatives and business events (i.e., M&A activities). Support cyclical processes (i.e., Performance and Development Coaching (PDC) (Talent Review, Calibration), Compensation Management System (CMS), etc.). Manage and execute complex processes and programs (e.g., career & succession planning, etc.). Advise and consult on Global/EMEA policies and programs (e.g., global mobility, development assignment, service awards, compensation consulting and review, etc.). Participate in flex pools to deliver HR/Business projects. Provide feedback (specific to different countries) on HR policies, processes, and programs to HR Business Partners (HRBP)and Center of Excellence (CoEs). Collaborate with CoEs and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) roles on local development, training, and facilitation (e.g., onboarding sessions, insights session, new leader assimilations, etc.). Collaborate with CoEs to facilitate & cascade local HR communications in the appropriate language. Manager & employee coaching Advise & coach managers regarding complex HR topics providing front-line support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Deliver high-quality HR advisory to people leaders and enable them to strengthen their people leadership skills. Provide employee coaching in complex situations related to building relationships, career paths, etc. 4/5 years professional Human Resource experience as HR Specialist/ HRBP (from SSC/BPO or Med Tech is an advantage) Educational background within Human Resources or equivalent Knowledge and experience in HR processes, tools and working methods according to work focus -competence development, trainings Acquainted with Polish Labor law Good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing Fluent in written and spoken English Successful experience in supporting operational HR for hybrid organization. Successful experience with a strong social relations dimension Experience in matrix/complex environment
