Job Description - Talent Researcher

We are currently looking for a proactive Talent Researcher who knows how to improve Reply and Interested Rates and can find sourcing opportunities even when it seems like all donor companies have been exhausted. 😉

Our goal is to hire individuals with whom we can create an exceptional fintech product made in Ukraine!

What you will do:


  • Source candidates using various methods, from Boolean/X-ray search to parsing candidate profiles on GitHub;

  • Build close collaboration with recruiters and Hiring Managers to implement a comprehensive candidate search strategy;

  • Create and maintain a pool of qualified candidates, as well as develop a talent reserve to cover future hiring needs;

  • Manage hiring metrics and report on progress;

  • Continuously improve sourcing processes and tools to achieve optimal results;

  • Enhance the candidate experience.

What you need to join us:


  • Advanced sourcing skills and the ability to quickly find relevant candidate profiles;

  • Analytical thinking and a willingness to work with various spreadsheets and reports;

  • Copywriting skills to craft messages for candidates that always get a response;

  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

  • A creative and results-oriented approach.
