We are currently looking for a proactive Talent Researcher who knows how to improve Reply and Interested Rates and can find sourcing opportunities even when it seems like all donor companies have been exhausted. 😉

What you will do:
Source candidates using various methods, from Boolean/X-ray search to parsing candidate profiles on GitHub;
Build close collaboration with recruiters and Hiring Managers to implement a comprehensive candidate search strategy;
Create and maintain a pool of qualified candidates, as well as develop a talent reserve to cover future hiring needs;
Manage hiring metrics and report on progress;
Continuously improve sourcing processes and tools to achieve optimal results;
Enhance the candidate experience.
What you need to join us:
Advanced sourcing skills and the ability to quickly find relevant candidate profiles;
Analytical thinking and a willingness to work with various spreadsheets and reports;
Copywriting skills to craft messages for candidates that always get a response;
The ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
A creative and results-oriented approach.
