What's it all about?
Join our Experienced Hires Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Sourcing Partner! You'll work with multiple Talent Acquisition Partners to find top candidates for non-tech positions across Europe. This role is crucial to sourcing and engaging high-quality, diverse talent for Visa.
We are often recruiting for Talent Sourcing Partners to build our existing team. If you think you could support Visa as an Talent Sourcing Partner, we want to hear from you! Our team will be in touch with you to initially explore your skills and experience before a live position becomes available. This way, we have already started to consider you, and have assessed your suitability, prior to the recruitment process initiating!
This is a 10-month contract via a third party provider, but based on site at Visa.
What we expect of you, day to day.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
