Tax Specialist with English 

What you do: 

• Ensure fiscal quality of accounting data by performing checks and corrections with a medium/high level of complexity as well as the monitoring and follow up with other internal departments and local tax
• Provide tax reports, manage tax issues, and support closing activities related to tax processes
• Comply with tax operational standards and procedures
• Manage compliance processes in relevant area (VAT)
• Prepare data for tax declarations, completion of forms and submit of required fiscal reports:
       * Preparing and providing data for VAT
       * VAT declarations submission 
• Clear& monitor VAT accounts     
• Assist in the tax audits conducted by the tax authorities
• Ensure alignment between indirect Tax filings, EU Sales Listing and ERP-System and other systems
• Participate in migration and roll-in projects (process expert role) where is necessary
• Support in solving, follow up on issues and looking for solutions across team
• Participate actively in meetings with our business partners (legal, business finance, IT and accounting teams) to share information and address various business initiatives
• Challenging and reviewing current processes

Who you are: 

• 3-4 years’ experience in tax compliance, tax accounting
• University degree preferable in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant degree
• Fundamental tax and accounting knowledge
• English B2 level
• Experience in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with Finance and non-Finance staff at various levels
• Very strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex tasks
• Experience in SAP would be beneficial
