Job Description - Team Lead Account Management

We are looking for a Team Lead Account Management to take ownership of a segment within the commercial team and drive account growth, team leadership, and operational excellence. This is a key role within a growing iGaming company that has already launched 60+ slot games and continues to expand its global presence.



This position is open in a hybrid format (office in Warsaw, Poland) or full remote (for other locations).



Responsibilities:



  • Team Leadership: Lead and support a segment of the Account Management team, acting as the first point of contact for escalations and team guidance

  • Team Development: Onboard, mentor, and coach team members; monitor performance and provide regular feedback

  • Strategic Alignment: Align with the Head of Account Management on KPIs, goals, and team priorities; communicate blockers and team needs

  • Client Relationship Management: Oversee key accounts directly and assist team members with client strategies, escalations, and retention initiatives

  • Revenue Growth: Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives; contribute to revenue and margin targets

  • Operational Accuracy: Ensure proper invoicing procedures; follow up on overdue payments; enforce internal systems and process adherence

  • Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; suggest improvements based on data-driven insights



Requirements:



  • Languages proficiency: Fluent in Ukrainian, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management within the iGaming industry (preferably with a game provider)

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally

  • Strong background in managing client portfolios and increasing account revenue

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach

  • Solid understanding of core account metrics such as GGR and TB

  • Confident using CRM systems (e.g., Jira), account management tools, and Excel/Google Sheets

  • Comfortable working with financial reports and commercial data

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline preferred
