Your responsibilities

• You will be acting as a working team leader, hired directly by the headquarters in Denmark.
• Being teamleader means taking instructions from our Supervisor and passing them onsite to our rental staff, helping and ensuring the work is done correctly and accordingly to SKAKO Concrete standards. You need to have a hands-on approach for the work together with your team, as you will be responsible for installation and assembly of our products on-site, and these require understanding of technical drawings and being proactive in coping with challenges that come up on-site.
• Usually it will be 4 weeks onsite, one week at home and then 4 weeks again depending on the project size. During the trips you will be staying in regular hotels (3 stars) and your work-time will be fully registered and compensated accordingly, including diets and additional costs.

Our requirements

• Experience with steel construction work, understanding of technical drawings, preferably a mechanical fitter (ślusarz) or similar
• Experience with welding
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Willing to travel 160-200 days annually
• Ability to work in teams
• Strong communication & customer service skills as well as willingness to assist clients with a proactive approach
• Proficient user of MS Office programs
